Super clean and modern. Fabulous shower and cooking facilities. They provided us with pastries for breakfast, coffee and tea and coffee machine. Was easy access with an elevator, super close by to all things wonderful in the city. The host was super friendly and helpful and his assistant who greeted us at the property was also lovely. Would definitely rebook here if revisiting bologna!

The property was very clean and had an elevator which was very handy. The host left some snacks which was lovely. A little bit of a walk into main square but certainly doable.

Was a little sterile as far as apartments go in Italy. There was also a slightly funny smell which didn’t disappear.

Super clean, renovated and spacious apartment! Very convenient location. Really nice touch the treats provided by the host. Had a really nice stay and would definitely recommend it.

It was a fully furnished apartment, so all amenities were present. Nicola was a great host who ensured every need of the guest is taken care off.

Needs better soundproofing as people next door were having a catch up, and hence were disruptive and loud during late hours of night

Very comfortable and clean. Studio apartment with good space for single or couple. Good facilities with kitchen items and Netflix. Easy walk into center of Bologna.

Great location very spacious and clean

The apartment is fully refurbished to a very good standard, and equipped with all essential amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is also excellent, about 12 mins from Piazza Maggiore and most of it under the famous Bolognesw porticos :) The landlord Nico is super nice, excellent communication and professional attitude. This place truly recommends itself.

Nothing, all was great, only we forgot to reserve parking (if you ask the landlord, he will gladly help with that, but we totally forgot), and then circled the area for a bit. There is a good roofed parking about 5 mins walk from the apartment - Riva Reno - at the price of €20 for entire day.
