Stockholm'e gelmeden birkaç saat öncesine kadar ev sahibi ile iletişim kuramadık ve ev sahibinin evimizi iptal ettiğini şehre gelmemize 2 saat kala öğrendik. Ayrı odalarımızın ve ev ortamımızın olmasını beklerken, düz bir otel odasına geçmek zorunda kaldık. Tamamen mağduriyet yaşatma odaklı bir tutum sergilendi. Booking.com'un yönetmeliğinde aynı daire türü veya daha iyisi olması gerekirken, biz tamamen sadece aynı fiyat bandındaki bir otel odasına geçirildik. Ev sahibine biz sormasak asla öğrenemeyecektik. Kendisi bir de "Sizi yeniden yerleştirdim, Booking size giriş bilgilerini atacak." dedi. İşin sonunda "Ayarlıyorum." seviyesine geldik. Çok kötü bir host kendisi. Kesinlikle bu kişiden uzak durun!
