The host Jennifer was really lovely,very helpful and responsive. The property was really clean. We also really liked the fact that complimentary snacks and drinks were there on our arrival which was a nice touch.

We liked everything about the property however it was around 15 minutes by bus from the centre of town but that wasn’t really an issue.

Jennifer left a lot stuff to "survive" the first couple of days without the need to shopping for groceries. For example, coffee, sweet food for breakfast, water, juices, tabs for the dishwasher and the laundry machine. Towels were plenty and Jennifer enquired after three days out of six if we needed fresh towels. The available private parking space is very important because otherwise there would not be any chance of finding one.

Nothing to do with the apartment! Be aware that there are road works in the area, therefore I strongly suggest to follow Google Maps or Waze or something like that to reach the apartment. Road works are not close to the apartment, you won't feel them.

Beautiful flat in excellent condition and very cool decor / interior design. And thank you for a very generously stocked kitchen with snacks / coffee and tea etc. Hosts were very nice and helpful.

Good quiet location. Big apartment. Reserved parking place. Great host. Vouchers for breakfast included as well as complementary tea, coffe, water. Very well equiped appartment

Work on the building outside was little bit disturbing, but the host apologised with a bottle of wine which was very heart warming.

It was very clean, and comfortable. There was parking available, and ts in walking distance of Bolognas main road, so ample opportunity for restaurants.
