What a fabulous town house. The location was absolutely perfect for our stay. The house was beautifully clean and well set up with all of the basics you need for a comfortable stay. Alicia was a delight to deal with and offered prompt and very friendly and informative communication. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone else looking into staying here.

Parking was a tad tricky on occasion but nothing bad.

No keys just door key code that had been emailed ahead of time. Key code worked perfectly

A welcome information pack on local supermarkets would have been appreciated. However the wifi was excellent so we just located everything using internet

Nice extra touches, like coffee machine, shampoo and conditioner, board games for kids, Netflix and you tube, washing machine.. milk in the fridge was awesome as I forget to buy some! Great place with great facilities and free parking right out front. Even had slippers, phone chargers and ear plugs!

We either walked around or hired bikes. Got to know the neighbourhood. Supermarket bit of a walk. Good access to city, museums and parks. Great ride out to the coast. Fascinating post earthquake town planning.

The townhouse block didn’t have any sense of ‘community’. Didn’t run into any residents……… maybe all Airbnb’s!! Always good to chat to locals but not on this stay.
