"Все фотографии соответствуют реальности. Отличное место где можно провести отпуск как с семьей так и с друзьями."

На этой вилле просто все замечательно. Хозяин просто душка. Бассейн закрыт практически со всех сторон, и одновременно видно весь закат. Звукоизоляция замечательно. На кухне есть абсолютно всё. Есть стиральная машина и сушильная машина.

Чистота,на все просьбы реагировали быстро! Красивый вид с крыши,особенно с крыши.

Бассейн на двоих хозяев,но для нас это был не минус. До магазина 10-15 минут пешком,обратно в гору,кто не любит ходить,то будет тяжело..для нас это тоже был не минус,все отлично.

Nothing, we left after two nights

Paying for electricity. The view of the building when it said sea view. The noise of the building work under the bedroom windows all day long. You don't go on holiday for can't sleep. The bad faith of the owner when her son is adorable, helpful and honest.

The property was lovely. Comfortable and clean. Situated a little away from the centre of Kata and the beach but that was perfect for us. Spent lots of time in the beautiful pool. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Bom was extremely helpful with any questions or needs that we had. Thank You Bom.

Not really a dislike but there are about 40 steps to get up to the Villa so maybe not for someone with mobility issues.

"Very good place very good people"

The property was clean. I liked the fact that they always listen to you when there is anything wrong. When we reached the tv was not working they replaced the whole tv two days later. Some of the shattaf or what they call the debaih was not working. We middle eastern’s use it allot they replaced and fix whatever’s not working. There really nice.

The only thing that I didn’t like is the distance from center and thats not the property, problem though we just had to make lots of trips to patong beach. Also there was an issue with the blinds the lights come in if you sleep, but they assured us it will be fixed. I love how they communicate and listen to the guest ❤️. There is also the issue of the shared pool i thought the pool was private for one villa it turned out it’s shared with our next door neighbor. That will be a problem for muslims with hijab. But overall it was a really nice place. They’re very nice people. The house keeper was amazing i love her and Bom was vey knowledgeable about his job. Thank you very much for the hospitality.
