La personne en charge est très réactive et répond toujours aux questions avec sympathie. L’emplacement des logements est très très intéressant puisqu’ils sont à 5mn du vieux port.

L’amabilité des personnes en charge du petit déjeuner n’est pas toujours au rendez-vous et nous aurions aimé être au courant / qu’on nous demande avant de venir faire le ménage dans l’appartement où nous étions. En effet il est désagréable de se rendre compte que les affaires ont bougés / que la porte n’est pas fermé à clés suite aux passages imprévus… De plus les salles de bains sont vraiment rustiques.

Kein Herd. Keine Waschmaschine. Kein Fahrradverleih. Einrichtung unterer Durchschnitt. Sehr alt, abgenutzt und kaputt. Sauber machen musste man eher selbst. Frühstück war super. Die beiden Damen waren fürsorglich und bemüht. Haben von Anwohnern gehört das es die letzten Jahren sich verschlechtert hat. Für den Preis hätte ich mir definitiv etwas anderes gesucht. Man hat mitleidig in anderen Hotels oder Ferienwohnung geschaut

Location was very good. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious.

It was smaller than in pictures. Due to cold weather we had to keep heating on whole night and it was quite loud.

I booked this B&B because I needed somewhere with a late check in as I arrived at 0045 and this place exceeded all my expectations! The room I had was huge - a four poster bed, a shower, a bath and two armchairs…and a small balcony! For two people staying this would be more than enough! The staff were accommodating and polite, the man who met me carried my suitcase up the stairs, turned on the hot water for me and explained everything I needed to know about the room - fantastic service! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious - the woman at the cafe told me she had made the marmalade the day before and it was exquisite! I hadn’t looked much at the location - just that it was 10 mins walk from the bus station. I was delighted to find it was a short walk (5min) to the harbour and plenty of cafes and restaurants around. The perfect stop of for a night or two in Chania old town!

For me the place was perfect! The first floor rooms are not suitable with anyone with mobility issues so if stairs are a problem ask for the ground floor and enjoy :)
