Place can improve in terms of upkeeping, the shower light was not working in Room 2 and the celling needs attention. I had to kill a small cockroach in my Room. The shower and toilet are just separated by a curtain from the bedroom.

There were cock rouches, no bathroom privacy, the room was too small. Noisy. No space for parking, guests park behind each other. No remotes for the gate, when you go out , you need to call for the gate to be opened. No drinking water for guests in the room
