Everything! The best is the location and the viewe, of course. You can see the tower directly from bed, incredibly! Everything was super clean and the flat has all you need ror your stay

The only thing that we’d highlight is that the shower has not too much preasure and you need to wait for 10’ approx to get warm water

Excellent location just a few steps away from the tower and great restaurants all around. Very tasteful interior and the view at the tower is actually better than the pictures let you to believe

Unfortunately no parking available. We parked right before the restricted area around the tower at the street and that worked out fine and wasn't too expensive. But you have to carry your stuff to the apartment.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location just a couple of minutes walk to the tower. Stunning view of the tower from the bedroom window. Very welcome provisions of water, wine, coffee and cakes when we arrived. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will stay again next time I visit Pisa.

Esmeralda was a super host; her house was incredibly clean, decent for a family of 4. Although we arrived so late and spent the night only in her place, yet she was waiting for us, supported in everything we required and was eager to offer more help for all questions i had about the area we were about to visit. I highly recommend Bella Vista if you are planning to stay in Las Spezia.

The location is perfect, just two or three minutes walk from the tower and on a quiet street. The apartment was very clean and spacious.

Really comfortable, clean and quiet. Ilenia was an excellent and attentive host who went above and beyond expectations. The view of the tower at sunset from the main bedroom is incredible.

Location was excellent couple of minutes walk to the tower. The property was superb, clean with everything you need. Some provisions were left at the property for us which was very helpful as we arrived late. The owner was very helpful.

Nothing!! But it might be worth mentioning on Booking.com that you have to climb 61 steps to the apartment which wasn't a problem for us but might be for others.

Fantastic view. Lovely rooms. Lovely host who met us at door. What a great place to stay. The stairs aren’t too bad as long as you’re prepared. Then treat yourself to a nice beer afterwards 😊
