Отличная квартира! Ремонт свежий и выполнен со вкусом. Все очень чисто и уютно, чувствуется, что в квартире действительно заботятся. Расположение просто идеальное. Все необходимое в шаговой доступности: магазины, кафе, парки. Очень удобно добираться до центра и других районов города. Вокруг много замечательных ресторанов на любой вкус. Всегда есть выбор куда сходить поужинать или просто выпить кофе. Отдельное спасибо хозяину! Очень приятный и отзывчивый человек. Всегда на связи, готов помочь с любыми вопросами. С ним было очень комфортно иметь дело. С удовольствием вернусь сюда снова! Настоятельно рекомендую!
