GBThis property has been closed down. Do not make the mistake of booking. I contacted the owner before I left home, thankfully he replied and told me that he no longer runs the site. I then sought a refund of my non refundable fee.
Didn’t have the chance to go as the property has shut down operations.
GBI am writing this having lost all hope of getting a refund. This owner called me the night before my stay saying she had no space for my family (having emailed me 2 weeks before to confirm I was able to bring my dog). She changed my booking date on booking.com to a different date without my agreement. She confirmed I would get a refund but then claimed to booking.com that I had stayed. I have contacted them multiple times and she claims there has been a mistake but has made no amends. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS VENDOR.
I wish I had been put off by the lack of reviews but looks like from the terrible reviews that have been posted, I have dodged a bullet.
GBLocation was perfect for event we were Attending in the area
Site condition was appalling. Details stated on suite facilities that was actually dirty smelly portaloo and outside shower cubicle on the other side of site. Decided to only stay 1 night even though booked for 2 as the site was appalling.
GBThe tents were very dirty and unlit. There was no mention that the beds would be blow up beds before the stay. We paid nearly £300 for some blow up beds which is incredibly disappointing. There was not a private bathroom as described, there was only a portaloo which I assumed was not for us but the building works. The area surrounding the tents was unkempt with rubbish left lying around. This property/ stay is not as described.
