The manager, Mr. Sommaiy offered excellent service. I was happy to stay for the last 10days. The sanitary condition of pool was clean all the time and the manager was willing to help me for anything. Breakfast and room condition was good and staffs were kind and friendly too. This hostel is very cost-effective ,and peaceful. You also can see the mountain view at the 2nd floor. I don't think there is a place like this in Luang Prabang that maintains this quality at this price.

I wish more menu are offered on the breakfast.

I encountered an unpleasant situation in this hostel. Firstly, the staff charges at their own dollar rate, which is very different from the official one. Secondly, the fee for the transfer service to the waterfall turned out to be higher than the advertisements in the city, which I found later in the evening. This is not the case in other hotels. When I came to the hostel in the evening, he came up to me and asked several times: "How can I have you?" I note that I did not approach him and did not even try to talk, I had my own things and my own plans. I went into the room, came out and said that his words would have consequences. He began to shout loudly and provoke me. Then he continued to shout insulting words and began to try to push me out. His shouts were heard throughout the area. I left, he gave me money for the room, it seems a little less than the amount I paid him. I note that before all this he was sitting with other locals and, it seems, drinking alcoholic beverages. He looked pretty drunk.

This place is a gem! Brand new and offers exceptional value for what you pay. The dorms are spotless, with a good level of privacy, and there's a big pool and complimentary breakfast, which is a nice touch. The whole place has a fresh, welcoming vibe. The staff here really make the experience. Somaiy is incredibly helpful and speaks both French and English—definitely someone to go to if you need anything. His wife makes a delicious breakfast, and the rest of the team is just as friendly. The owner is fantastic—went out of their way to help me when I ran into some issues. Truly grateful for that. If you're planning a trip to Luang Prabang, this is the place to stay.

Location is awesome, close to everything. Breakfast is included and good. Coffee and tea is all day long. Very nice pool. Wonderful people, host, staff and the guests.

It's just a great hostel Nice people, nice rooms. As stated before it is really new, so it's not completely finished. I think in some weeks it's gonna be the best hostel in town. The host was such a sweatheart and they took us to the local club. If you get the chance: do it! They are very open to suggestions if you have any! I loved the place and if I ever get back to Luang Prabang I will definitely stay there again! One guy working there can not speak english, just vietnamese but he is really trying and uses this translation app so it's working pretty well! He also booked the train for me, so everything I needed was taken care of! it's really topnotch
