Cocoa Beach Club - Oceanfront Condos with Pool next to Pier and Port Canaveral

Close to the beach, all equipment needed for the beach was in the condo, close to restaurants, great pool for swimming.

Condo was in a perfect location. Quick walk to the beach, pier, and restaurants

First floor toilet had some issues

The only thing I liked about this property was proximity to the beach

There was cockroach in the property. I had to buy cleaning supplies and mop to thoroughly clean because it was gross. The bedding was dirty. The floors and walls were disgusting, and I extremely hesitated towards using the dishes because of how nasty it was they failed to respond when I let them know that there was a roach in the property and they lied on their listing making it look like it was a three bedroom. It was only two bedrooms with the mattress on the floor and I also have screenshots of several areas where it says that you could bring pets and then they said that I wasn’t allowed to bring pets for a nonrefundable trip so I had to pay hundreds of dollars to have a dog sitter then they wanted you to sign some outrageous thing that basically says they’re not liable for anything basically even if they come in your property and steel, the whole day was terrible 100% do not recommend

Excelente ubicación, sobre la playa a 150 metros del muelle, a 5 cuadras del publix inmejorable, 100 % recomendable. Hermoso departamento con todo lo necesario para un estancia cómoda, con todo lo necesario en la cocina. Con todo lo necesario para la paya super completo

Great location, pool and surrounding areas were immaculate.

Being picky here… very uncomfortable sofa in our apartment, bed sheets felt like there was a waterproof undersheet, lightbulbs harsh white light.

The weather, but not your fault.

Location was perfect. Condo/apartment was spacious and well furnished.

Pool rules are a little excessive.
