This house was brand spanking new! Apart from a bedroom, living room (with bed-sofa), and high standard bathroom (with washer/dryer) there was a well equipped kitchen that we could sit and eat in while watching a little stream which idyllically runs right next to the house. The location is perfect - only a short walk from the beach, harbor, great restaurants, grocery store, bus stop, bakery, etc
