"Food is nice but disappointed by the service."

Food was home made.Food is really nice at this place.Especially non veg is delicious.Also, rooms are spacious.

Water supply was off for 4 hours.Also they were not fixing the water supply even on request.But surely don't go for it if one room costs more than 2000.

"We cut short our trip to 1 day...as we didnot like the place. No facilities were there."

Room very small, thrash was seen at parking which is entrance of the property. The caretaker was thrwing all garbagw in open.

"Nice stay, but need some improvements"

Windows were not getting locked, they were sliding windows without any grill, n outside was corridor, hence was bit uncomfortable having the worry in mind that anyone can easily open it. Also hot water was not coming, had to wait for 2 hrs for it, still got lukewarm water for bath.

"Overall, it was good."

Location is central to Mahabaleshwar and Panchgani. Host prepares fresh and tasty food. Staff is accomodating.

Toilet was not clean. Bottled water not available. One bed linen was not clean.

poor quality of stay n too highly priced. Booking.com had claimed it to be 3 star property but on Google maps it was 2 star n it was worse than that. It's a lodge stay, booking.com shd have given genuine review and made me pay 50 % amount in advance. very poor service and unethical review by booking.com.
