Beautiful setting, you have a little private balcony all alone with a view on the mountains !

We absolutely loved our stay here! Staff were so kind and friendly, and breakfast was always delicious and different each day. The hotel is a short uphill walk from the centre, so nice and quiet and you can watch monkeys and squirrels play from the balcony. Our lovely hosts were always happy to make us tea and we spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony. WiFi was good. Our room was large and comfortable. Shower was hot and very good pressure. There were extra blankets to keep warm at night and a fan incase it got too warm.

The only downside was that the rooms aren't soundproofed, so we could hear everything in the room next door - unfortunately we had inconsiderate neighbours two nights in a row who kept us up.

The area was super quiet to sleep at night specially that most hotels in Ella have no A/C and it was not to far from the main market area and restaurants in Ella. Staff gave me the best care. Breakfast was even more from what I expected, very delicious and it was surged at my own preferred timing. They also contacted me to let me know my room was ready before arrival which was very nice of them.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn’t like about the place. Everything was really great, staff service was really good and satisfying.
