I can only say this hotel was exceptional. Very clean, quiet close to all amenities and the staff was extremely helpful. I highly recommend this location. will definitely return. Spetses is a very elegant and beautiful island.

"Sleepless in Spetses"

This is a very nice hotel overall (close to town, beautiful grounds, wonderful staff) but it is located on a busy street with ongoing two-wheeler traffic, and the neighbor's dog who barks in the middle of the night. It took us ear plugs and sleeping pills in order to fall asleep. I want to reiterate how nice Maria and her staff was, but the fact remains that if you can't sleep while on vacation, it's a problem!

Amazing. Beautiful house, in a great location. We stayed in an upstairs luxury suite and the room was spacious and beautifully furnished. . Maria and Spiros looked after us so well, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast every morning was delicious with home made cakes by mama.
