"In the end it was ok, but after much communication with host."

Communication and second apartment we were moved to after complaining for the first night.

First family apartment we stayed on first night in the basement was not up to standard with damp walls, humidity despite 2 dehumidifiers was at 75%. After complaining this issue was sorted and we were moved one floor up to a lovely apartment that I would rate 4;5star.

Ficamos no apartamento zona "subterrânea", paredes com muita humidade. O apartamento tinha imensas formigas.

Clean and with excellent location

Noise between the apartments, I stayed in the basement, every time someone took a bath the noise woke everyone.
