Airport lay over is a room in a house in a residential district. The owner was downstairs in the basement. He led me to the room. The bathroom had 20 yo carpeting and the towels looked like there was mold. I tried to sleep and get through it because this was an emergency lay over due to cancellation of my flight. Once I laid down there was loud beeping coming from the kitchen stove. I went down and tried to turn it off and couldn't. I then got the owner from downstairs and he came up in his underwear. He said there was a fault in the stove and there was nothing that he could do to stop it. I opened the oven and there was stinky food in there. I would not have been able to sleep so that was the final straw. I ordered an Uber and left after being there for less than an hour. I have booked other reservations through booking.com in the past and have been satisfied. This was a nightmare. You need to take this off of your site.

You should take this vendor off of your site. I doubt he has permission to run this in a residential neighborhood and was awful. I would like a full refund of $111.06
