La posizione centrale, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

L'appartamento non era molto pulito,il letto singolo terribilmente scomodo, durissimo e rumoroso, mancava qualsiasi cosa di prima accoglienza, caffè, zucchero, tisane...e purtroppo data la posizione centralissima, ci sono stati schiamazzi, musica alta fino a tardi e viavai di ragazzi maleducati che urlavano.

Es hat alles, was es braucht. Es ist super organisiert, man kann mit der Vermieterin im Voraus Kontakt aufnehmen und es wird alles wunderbar erklärt. Alles hat auf anhieb funktioniert. Danke!

Die Lage war top, zentral, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Sauber, ansprechend und die Betten waren auch super bequem. Der Kontakt lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich.

Excellent location and nice apartment, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, lots of room for two people. Very goid communication with owner, she was friendly and answered fast to our questions. Strong recommendation!

The only thing that shiuld be changed are the very low dining table chairs.

The apartment is in an excellent location and below is a great bakery Tinas. Its a short walk to the train station and the ferries and is in the centre of town. It felt like a very safe area. The apartment is a great size for 5 people and the master bedroom bed was amazing. The hosts instructions for check in were great and we had good communication. A great place to stay when visiting Lake Como

The WiFi had some issues, and we didn't have hot water as that weekend there was a general problem with the buildings plumbing.

- It was quite unclean. There were stains on the towels, sofa and chairs. There was also an off smell from the fridge. - The single bed in the second bedroom was quite uncomfortable.

The host was waiting for us to show us where keys were and gave us a tour of the apartment. Explaining to us the different things that we needed to know. Lots of lovely art pieces around the apartment.

Putting the keys back into the lock box was very fiddly and took a while as the main key was very big. The combo oven caused the overload switch to trigger. The bed was very high.

The self check-in was perfect prepared, even in the late night because of a flight delay. The location was very good. The property has 2 bathrooms and it was a great advantage. It had everything was needed to stay reasonably comfortable for 2 nights. Below is a bakery and early in the morning we could smell the fresh baked croissants.

We arrived very late and in the property was only one duvet and 2 sheets sets for 3 beds, so 2 guests had to sleep without any duvet and it was very cold. It were only 2 rooms prepared and sheets for only 2 beds, but we were 3 not related people and needed 3 rooms and 3 different beds, and didn't find nowhere in the property spare sheets and duvets. For the second night everything was O.K. and good prepared, after we asked the owner, and we were very thankful to her. The furniture was very sparse, the chairs were not functional but rather decorative.
