The cumication from the host was outstanding, very polite, and honest The house was amazing throughout , didn't need anything but food , easy check in ,and check out . Great location near to where I needed to be ,definitely going to stay there again when I'm back in Belfast Had a brilliant stay

We really enjoyed our stay at The Beaver house. Jolanta is such an attentive host who was keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house is immaculate, the estate itself is very quiet and is only a few minutes drive to Vertigo, Titanic museum, shops and loads of other attractions. There were also treats and Easter eggs for us on arrival, fully stocked Nespresso machine, board games for the family, lovely lovely touch! Would highly recommend! Thank you Jolanta 😊

Perfect location to explore Belfast and beyond. Fantastic host. Amazing little extras like Easter eggs for the kids and games.

Having to leave

Very clean, neat and tidy house in a quiet area near Belvoir Park (pronounced locally as Beaver Park, hence the property name). Came with free parking, a nice back garden with outdoor seating to catch the late afternoon sun and a welcome basket of crisps, biscuits and drinks that the kids enjoyed. Inside, 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin, 1 single) were perfect for our family of 5. Well appointed kitchen/dining area with a breakfast bar, nespresso coffee machine + pods, and a washing machine (always handy with kids). Smart TV allowed us to log in and watch all the usual streaming service. All at a good price (certainly compared to hotels). And whilst just outside the city of Belfast itself, driving into the centre took no more than 15 mins whilst also being handy for visiting places in the wider area. Belvoir/Beaver Park was a nice place to wander and our host was friendly, welcoming and always available if we needed anything. All in all, a really good place to stay for a young family wanting to spend a few days doing Belfast.

Perfect facilities for a long weekend. Would recommend, and I will look at booking again next year.

This place was absolutely amazing, great, quiet location, 20 minutes from the Centre of Belfast and a lovely host, always at the end of a message if needed for anything. House was spotlessly clean with everything that anyone would need and more whilst there. Fantastic WiFi was an added bonus. In my honest opinion, have never stayed anywhere better within the UK, we'll definitely look forward to another visit in the near future 🥰
