"Beautiful hotel with bad service"

A beautiful hotel with lots of amenities, though parts of it are still under construction. The location isn't very central, but it's manageable if you don't mind a walk.

We had some difficulties with this hotel: at first they had quietly cancelled our reservation because they thought we hadn't paid. We only found out by accident. It took multiple calls to Booking to get this sorted. Our room could have been cleaner: the couch was stained and there were cobwebs here and there. The couch to sleep on was broken. The pillows were sunken in and uneven and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We contacted the 'host' (the hotel staff itself couldn't help it) but that person never got back to us.
