Seema Palace Inn 1 km from Railwaystaion

Staff and manager are polite and flexible. Would plan to stay on my next trip.

The location was great. Close to the market and great restaurants. The guy on reception was friendly and when I questioned the dirty sheets,.despite them saying they were clean they did change them..

I paid an extra 600r for air con but it was not effective.. seemed to stay at about 23 degrees and blew warm air out..there wasn't any hot water. The sheet and duvet was filthy. Staff said it was fresh. I had to strip it back to show the many stains all over it before he agreed to change. No kettle in the room. No bed side light switch. No curtains or blinds covering the top windows

Nice newly refurbished Hotel. It has new lift system which was very good. Hotel Corridor was nicely decorated. Room was very spacious. Bathroom was big, neat and clean with hot water coming. Parking was at basement which was decent enough. Wifi was working fine, though I need to ask for the password, but that's ok. Receptionist, Manju is nice, humble and helpful. Payment was hassle free, though I need to confirm my booking with some initial token money.

Bedsheets should have been bit more clean. Seems to be much older one. Stains were easily visible.

It seemed new and cleaner than most of of the other hotels I have stayed in India.

Frequent power blackout (3-4 times while staying one night). Shower not warm enough which may be common in India.
