Great stay and fantastic communication. Also very helpful

Wir haben 10 Nächte in dieser tollen Wohnung verbracht. Die Ausstattung war sehr komfortabel. Die Küche hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten (Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffeeautomat) und war mit etlichem Zubehör ausgestattet. Der Empfang in der Wohnung war sehr herzlich und persönlich und die Kommunikation über Whatsapp stets kompetent, hilfsbereit und zügig. Das Sicherheitspersonal war rund um die Uhr am Empfang und war sehr freundlich. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind, gegen geringe Gebühr, ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Danke für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Sam and Vanessa were amazing host, they attended and replied all my queries within minutes. The check in and check out process was seamless. The apartment it’s self? BEAUTIFUL! , it was very clean, it was equipped with everything you’d need. It is close to so many shops so that was very convenient. The fact that’s it’s a 5 minute walk away from the sea was amazing.

I didn’t like that we had to checkout and go back home.

We really enjoyed the apartment, and I found the decor to be quite pleasing. The location was also very convenient, being close to the Promenade. I am delighted that we were able to access the roof and enjoy the sunsets. Furthermore, I appreciated the kindness of the staff at the front door. The host was very responsive and making sure we we're okay and satified. We'll definitely be booking in the future again.

The only minor inconvenience was the parking situation, as the location is on the main road. I would kindly suggest utilizing the side roads adjacent to the main road for parking, as they do not impose parking fees. Other than that there's nothing we dislike about this stay.

The apartment is in a central location, less than a 5 minute walk from the promenade and a short uber ride into the CBD for restaurants, art galleries and the like. Security at the door is present 24/7, entry is with a personalised tag, and the area in general is quite safe.

What didn't you like about the property? The "ocean view" is a little bit of a stretch, but the sea is close enough that you can walk to catch the sunrise or sunset.
