Everything was exceptional, they gifted us a bottle of local wine and even helped us with recommendations for restaurants and local tips.

Il soggiorno è stato fantastico, massima accoglienza, ottima pulizia e ben fornito. Soprattutto MariaTeresa, la proprietaria di casa, è stata disponibile per tutto il soggiorno, aiutandoci e suggerendoci i migliori ristoranti, attrazioni turistiche e varie spiagge. Non vedo l’ora di proporre Casa Mya ad altri amici o parenti che faranno il mio stesso viaggio un giorno, facendo trascorrere loro un soggiorno mozzafiato come il mio.

Posto molto comodo e accogliente, personale gentilissimo e carinissimo, Location perfetta e ci sono tutti i comfort essenziali per rilassarsi ☺️

Consiglio di soggiornare in questo appartamento, è dotato dei confort necessari, è pulito, e la proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile! Oltre a diversi consigli ci ha lasciato un kit di benvenuto molto apprezzato!

Everything was perfect.Comfortable beds,everything in good condition and perfectly clean,well equipped,a lazy 20min stroll from city center and train station.Perfect host and her daughter,helped with check in and even gave notes and hints for what to see and do along our stay and even a welcome wine.

There is nothing to not like about this property.

Good communication with hosts prior to checking in- met us at the property on arrival. Very modern and clean apartment. Hosts had provided a basket of supplies for breakfast and snacks, coffee, home made strawberry jam (delicious!) and a bottle of wine on arrival. Kitchen was well supplied with pans and utensils for cooking some meals and a bonus was a washing machine! Close to beautiful beaches and historical centre of town for exploring.

Nice studio,in Monopoli, below the groung level in the gated comunity, about 50 minutes driving from Bari airport. Right in the moddle of Puglia, perfect place for the "base" to explore all the towns aroung Great communication with the host, Mariateresa. The parking always easily available right in front of the building or 10 yards away. The air conditioning works great and is very quiet, The “Dry” mode is very convenient in case of high humidity levels - it eficiently done the job in less than half an hour.(we were "lucky"- the weather was rainy all 3 days) The bed is comfortable enough, but the pillows are to firm for me Wi-Fi works perfectly, about 50Mbs

the 2 things were a bit inconvenient: 1- Extremely low hot water pressure in the shower (probably 0.25 Gpm if not less) 2- The next building entrance light bulb was bright enough to annoy even through the curtains at night
