Modern Cape Town Beach Apartment

The view was great.

My experience was far from satisfactory because of these issues I encountered during my stay: Stained Bed Sheets: Upon arrival, I found the bed sheets to be stained which was not only unappealing but also unacceptable for hygiene standards. Unfortunately, I was charged for this. Malfunctioning Electric Plugs: Several electric plugs in the apartment were malfunctioning, making it difficult to charge devices or use essential appliances. Dirty House: The overall cleanliness of the accommodation was subpar, with areas that had clearly not been attended to. No Keys Provided: I was not given keys to the apartment, which caused significant inconvenience and left me feeling insecure. I had to park across the street and sign as a guest each time I went outside. Missing blanket throw: l was dismayed to be held responsible for the throw blanket I reported I did not take. Upon checkout, I was informed that I would be charged for this missing item because apparently I did not report it missing and that was very surprising because how was I supposed to report for something I did not find or expect upon arrival. The apartment did not even provide blanket just bed sheets. I feel that it is unfair to charge guests for items that they did not find in the first place. I called the manager to lodge a complaint about what I was dissatisfied about and he said he will send somene to go through the issues but no one ever came and before checking out I still tried reaching out to the manager and an hour later, still no one came. Despite having had called to lodge a complaint regarding these issues during my stay, I was held responsible for the accommodation fees. I believe that the management should take guest complaints seriously, especially when they relate to such fundamental aspects of a comfortable stay. I would not recommend this accommodation unless these issues are addressed, as I believe a good host should prioritize cleanliness, functionality, and guest satisfaction.

television not working properly. Wifi in the apartment poor and thus affect the functioning of the TV. The extremely bad thing about the apartment is that the toilet is in the bedroom nothing separate the 2. Very bad design at least they need to separate the 2 with a class. the shower also is a big challenge very slippery tiles in the shower and the floor does not drain the water properly. the owner needs to consider this very seriously and improve it.
