Ceylon Amigos Eco Resort

The staff here really made our stay, such a lovely group,of people. Also they make the best coconut sambol I have ever tasted. If you go there ask them if they have made the cinnamon whiskey yet, haha. The place itself is lovely. Our room was clean and comfy. They are very proud of the edible garden that runs through the property. The evening meals were a blast and delicious. On our last day they organised a cricket match with Australia vs Sri Lanka that was so fun that other guests from France joined in as well as our driver. The location is a bit out of town but was serene and quiet, well until we got there, haha. Great distance for all the local,sites like Lion’s Rock and Dambulla etc. We had a fabulous time there. It was nice to get out of the city and feel like we were really starting our adventure in beautiful Sri Lanka. Great staff, they became our friends …

There is nothing not to love here. It’s just a beautiful eco stay in a gorgeous part of friendly Sri Lanka.

Excellent food, friendly service

The quiet and space in the resort. Few tree houses, a lovely restaurant and yummy food. The beddings were amazing, too.

Le camere erano pulite, profumate e tutto era in ordine. Al loro interno c'erano asciugamani puliti, bollitori per thè con bustine di caffè, thè, zucchero, ferri da stiro, aria condizionata funzionante. Anche il bagno era fornito di prodotti per l'igiene personale. Al nostro arrivo ci siamo trovati davanti uno staff accogliente e disponibile, che si è offerto di accendere le luci della piscina nonostante fossimo arrivati in tarda serata. La mattina abbiamo avuto il piacere di fare un bagno nella piscina naturale e anche quella è andata ben oltre le nostre aspettative. Super consigliato.
