Pondok Sari Kuta

The accommodation was excellent, especially the service. The atmosphere was wonderful. I was having a good meal for a cheap price. They also provided a driver. Everything was clean and the furnishing complete. Considering the price-performance ratio you won’t find anything better. A wonderful experience. I’ll definitely come back. The biggest plus is that when I asked for my sunglasses, I was missing when I left, they were transparent and checked the whole room. I got my sunglasses in the end.

It was a little bit noisy and the address I found on Booking.com was different than Google Maps. Google Maps had the right address.

Really nice rooms Bed was extremely comfy Nice pool area Nice breakfast Staff allowed us to use a room to shower as we had a late flight, although there are no toilets in the reception area so if all rooms are full I am not sure what you would do if you had checked out and had a late flight.

This is very minor but the shower temperature was hard to adjust and the shower head sprayed water everywhere. Doesn’t stop us rating this a 10.

Die Lage ist gut, es ist ruhig und grün angelegt. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktional. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht. Für den Preis war es okay.

Die Matratze ist ganz schlimm fleckig, das Laken umhüllt eine sehr unschöne Decke. Wir haben die Decke entfernt. Alles etwas älter.

The room was spacious, we could refill our bottles with fresh water from the reception and the pool was very pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and they cleaned our room every day.

Our room had no windows so it was a bit dark and couldn't let fresh air in (however other rooms were designed differently). Also the surroundings might seem degraded but the whole area of Kuta is like this so nothing to worry about.

La piscina estaba muy bien y la habitación muy cómodo. El personal súper amable.

Las instalaciones y la atención fue muy bien

La ubicación esta algo difícil de acceder en coche pero el resto todo magnífico.
