Staff were nice and responsive.

The hotel lacks decent facilities. Most hotels lately are equipped with smart TVs, with the price offered I expect them to provide a room with smart tv, they said they have only few rooms with smart tv and they couldn't accomodate me in one. Even though I stayed for a longer period I didn't get a room with smart tv. Only one lift is operational and it's kind of tiring waiting for lift to be available. I had to ask for an iron box specifically and it's not provided by default.
