Well designed, looks attractive, quality kitchen appliances, good shower and lots of hot water.

Poor area - boarded up properties and people hanging about and drinking. It made me feel unsafe. Didn't walk at night. The accommodation is a studio with a private shower room - not a 1-bed. Drains smell in accommodation (kitchen and bathroom). Washer made my clothes smell. The floor was uneven/sloping. Duvet cover and pillow case were brushed fabric and very bobbly. WIFI was very poor - a dongle on the TV - and kept switching off. TV streaming (Netflix) did not work at all as the host was using a family subscription based elsewhere. No other TV signal available. Hairdrier was missing. (Delivered afternoon of 2nd day of 3). "Garden view" does not exist. It's just a dirty scruffy yard.

Excellent location, especially if you’re coming for an event at the stadium like us, for good money. Exceptionally clean, all facilities you’d need included.

The only thing that could’ve been better was the noise isolation from the corridor.
