Nice ambiance and pool

A bit loud because of the construction next to the house

The location was quiet and very close to both markets and the beach. There is also a muay thai gym nearby called Palapon. Plenty of shops and restaurants around however the markets are imo the places to go and eat. Delicious local cheap food. Having only booked to stay here for a couple of days, it was ok. Not spectacular and def not a disappointment. Just ok as initially i thought the overall the location was a little bit far for me from nightlife but great if you are wanting to escape from this. If i was going back again (which I probably will to see the guys at the gym) I'd probably stay at the hotel next to this place as it's pool looked out over the sea.

The room I had (which was on the ground floor) looked out onto a public area separated by flowerbed which other guests used frequently to eat take away food, read or 'play' on their laptops which meant that there was little privacy when you opened the doors to the patio.

Room was very small. Had no internet or wifi because owner hadn't paid the bill. Staff got it sorted but took 2 days

Property is self was good because you use facility from the Condo

Everything about the room is terrible. Once you open the door is smelly so badly. And the room is so dirty Terrible thing I will stay for tonight. I have to suffer from the smell in the room. Compare the price was too small for it. Would love to recommend another unit in this Condo but not here.

This is a large complex of apartments which I guess agents or individuals buy/rent and then sublet/rent on various sites. It’s nice and clean with good facilities and was a great location for me personally.

There was nothing I did not like about the property but getting into the room was a bit challenging. I booked the accommodation last minute whilst at the airport, I then caught the bus to Hua Hin. I informed the property I would be arriving late and received a reply saying ok. I was given instructions of how to enter the room. When I tried to enter, the code would not let me in. I could not call the number due to not having a SIM card yet. After speaking to security, I found reception which is a very small window inside the main doors and easily missed. The staff were super helpful in calling the agent and finally I was given a key - all in all it took around 30 minutes and after travelling for 20 hours I was very tired.
