El Juliana Hotel

Location

The water pressure in the bathroom is very low to where you cannot enjoy taking a shower/bath. Very low as in the water coming out of the shower head hardly comes out. It took a long time to fill up a small bucket if you prefer to use the “tabo” instead (you have no choice as the shower barely works). The drain in the sink wasn’t working, it took overnight to drain. I told the staff, somebody came in the room and was told she will come back to check the drain and bring the TV remote but never came back. There’s a phone on the wall but was not working. The pool use should be free for the hotel guests but unfortunately you have to pay extra to use it and the water looked like it hasn’t been changed in a while (very cloudy).

The location is in the center of vigan. It is 2 blocks away from calle crisologo, near plaza burgos & crisologo museum. The place is clean, you can request for a room service too!

Just the wifi. It is very slow, we have to go down to the pantry area, we are working while traveling. So hopefully, this is something that they can improve in the future. :)

Swimming pool use even for guests are paid, which doesnt make sense. this is the only hotel I found charging their guests extra fee for pool use. Coffee supplies are very limited for the included breakfast.

We book for two days but we just used one day, Hotel is terrible aircon and the place are messy.

The surroundings and building not clean poor service. Good location anyway.
