Non fanno spedizioni o ricezione bagagli.

・お風呂の床が汚かった ・暗証番号と部屋のパスワードがメールで来ていたが中国語で読めなくて分からなかった

Camera spaziosa

Mancanza di staff adeguato per comprendere risolvere qualsiasi richiesta. La posizione è un po’ fuori mano rispetto al centro e i trasporti a Kyoto rendono difficile ogni spostamento. Non c’è un servizio dí pulizia delle camere, puoi richiedere extra asciugamani. Non è possibile lasciare i bagagli prima del check in e dopo il check out (aspetto fondamentale per un hotel e se si è in viaggio in Giappone ) e non è ricevere e spedire bagagli dalla struttura

Modern, spacious and central to most of Kyoto. 12min walk to Kyoto Station, 17min walk to Nijo-Jo Castle, 18min walk to Nishiki Markets, 25min walk to Gino District. Handy to numerous restaurants, Frescos, Lawsons, 7-Elevens and 24hr laundries. Also close to numerous bus stops and subway stations.

Hard to find as no signs, but I’ve attached a picture below of the building so hopefully this helps. Like most comments the pillows are small, but if you are smart, stop complaining about the little things and just fill the pillow case with spare clothes like we did (problem solved). As for the towels, this is common in Japan, so just get over it. Enjoy that this place is only a few years old and is so well priced.
