The tram station that leads to the center is about an 8-minute walk away. A big market is near the apartment.. The apartment is clean, the neighbors are quiet. The apartment has all the basic things needed. Since it was cold outside, it was super warm in the apartment. Parking within the building and free parking on the street, which is mostly available. Maksimir Zoo is about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. The directions to find and enter were too simple.

For those who like to be located in the center, it may be too far, but you are aware of it in time of reservation.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The place was clean and cozy, with very comfortable beds and a cool atmosphere, even during the hot weather. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the city center, and there’s a tram stop nearby. Additionally, there’s an underground garage with a parking space, which was very convenient.

We received very clear instructions on how to enter the apartment and how to use the garage. The apartment is neat and comfortable. Each room has its own balcony, there is an air conditioner in the living room, and the washing machine is in the bathroom. There are grocery stores and public transportation nearby. Park Maksimir is about a 15-minute walk from the apartment. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

We were satisfied with everything, but it would have been nice if we had been greeted by a bottle of water in the fridge, since it was very hot when we arrived

It was highly appreciated that we could move into the apartment ahead of the usual check-in time. The communication was easy and fast. The Penthouse is located on the 5th floor and reachable via stairs or elevator. There is plenty of space in the underground parking (the car elevator was an interesting experience). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 separate corridors, a bathroom and a kitchen/living room. The rooms are decently sized, have outside blinds and comfortable beds (one is softer than the other). The bathroom has a shower and even a small laundry machine. There are 2 balconies. There is 1 air condition unit in the lounge. The kitchen has a freezer/fridge unit, an oven, a dishwasher and a kettle. The TV worked just fine and kept the kids entertained when required. There is a Spar around the corner which has everything you need.

The bedrooms get very hot and can only be cooled down by running the living room air-con on cold and leaving all doors open. The linen provided seemed to be made of polyester, which was uncomfortable in the heat. The fridge/freezer, the oven and the floor were not clean. We ended up not using the oven due to that, but cleaned the fridge ourselves. One wardrobe was broken with a sign to not move the doors. There was no coffee machine.

It was a good place for the rate in summer. We wanted a quick place to rest to continue a journey and hence stayed for 2 Nights. Good 2 bedrooms well equipped. Balconies are also available so one can spend outside relaxing. Garage was good as well in the apartment.

Kitchen could be better equipped , pans are a bit old and difficult to use. However it includes good dinner plates , cups , mugs etc. so not complaining it was ok. Bath towels I feel are a bit old, we had our own so was not an issue for us. . Overall Experience was good.

The apartment was spacious and security was impressive. Even the garage. The amenities were really good.

The main bedroom bed was so soft it was uncomfortable, hard to get in and out off. It actually aggrevated my right hip sciatica.
