The apartment is great with everything you need in it! It is spacious, with a large terrace and is on a quiet street
It is more than a kilometer from the sea and beach/port. We don’t found restaurants nearby. I don't count all this as a big minus, because of the tranquility of the place

We stayed as 4 people with our two sons in early April 2024. In the heart of the city and everywhere max. 10 minutes walking distance. An apartment equipped with every equipment you may need. (They even left washing machine detergent in the bathroom in case we needed it and it was very useful). The house is spotless and sparkling. Having a parking lot is a great convenience. Even though we had problems with our own phone lines and could not communicate, the host tried to communicate with us and succeeded. If you are planning to stay in Alexandroupoli and prefer an apartment rather than a hotel, I would definitely recommend it and if they maintain their current standards, do not look elsewhere.
