"Exceptional"

What an amazing place. The hotel owners were the best I've ever met (and I worked in the hotel industry for 20 years). Nothing was too much trouble. This was hospitality at it's best. 2 star hotel with 5 star service. Truly wonderful people. I can't praise enough. Massive thank you for a fantastic stay.

Friendly staff, good breakfast.

There were repairs going on, scaffolding was being erected outside my window, we couldn't open the window the next day due to the scaffolding. No mention of the repair work prior to booking.

"Charming Stay"

Nice accommodations in a charming old building. Super nice host. Wonderful breakfast. Good location.

Scaffolding meant we couldn't open the windows for air and it was hot. But we had a fan.

When I arrived at the location there was scaffolding around building for roof work -( no building when I was there ) and I was not sure what to expect - however host was excellent - its an old building rooms are large and clean and breakfast was excellent - small touches like fresh milk and plenty of of biscuits and choc bars in room are very nice Bed was comfortable and very quiet at night - got really good nights sleep after travels
