NZThe hostess met us and helped us get the key out of the lockbox. She was amazing, warm, friendly and very helpful. She also checked on us a couple of hours after arrival to see if we were ok and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

I can never make a lock box work but luckily Mary was on hand to let us in. Two double beds, blurb said sofa bed available but no linen was obvious. Not a biggie as our kids didn't mind sharing and I could have asked Mary for sheets if it was a problem. Just making people aware of this. Would have given it a '9' if beds & pillows were a bit more comfy, they were not terrible but not the best.
