Great property. The staff were amazing. Wish we had more time there.

Stem bath wasn’t working. No worries though, just spent more time in the heated pool.

Everything was perfect, nothing was a problem for the cook/cleaners all facilities were excellent and the price was outstanding

Most things faulty in the property or broken.

Unfortunately it was a terrible stay. Unsafe for children wire hanging out from everywhere, hot tub was faulty no hot water in pool, freezing water. Electricity went off everyday almost 10/15 times every evening, it was really dark and unsafe for children. Location is wrongly advertised on the website of booking. Com. We reported everything and nothing was done. Window was damaged and they try to charge us for the damage too. Which is unacceptable. I bedroom AC was not working too. Lots of problems and nothing will get done. Very big communication issue they didn’t speak English so they just speak in Arabic which was very frustrating. I would not return again.
