Die Lage ist sehr zentral am See. Es ist vieles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Zimmer bietet allen nötigen Komfort. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, haben dort eine Nacht verbracht. Parkplätze sind vorhanden.

Perfect location across from the park and lake. Easy walk to downtown, Eat Streat, and government park. Kitchen had all the amenities, linens nice, towels soft. Loved the heated pool!! Laundry room available in the afternoon, with large size washer & dryer. Staff wonderful. 15 minute walk to bus station for Intercity buses.

Could have used more plugs for all our electronics :)

Fantastic place to stay, comfortable, spotlessly clean, super friendly and a brilliant location overlooking the lake. Close to all amenities, restaurants, bars and lovely walks by the lake. Rotorua, is lovely and a must see place.

At $260 a night I would have expected Sky tv, moccona coffee. It really annoys me that you raise prices when there are events on. I felt pretty ripped off for that price tbh, however it was very clean and great staff.

An incredible location, with a beautiful outlook to the lake. Easy walk to eat street and the new hot pools just along the boardwalk. Rooms feel fresh and well looked after, unlike most motels. Lovely staff and plenty of car parking off the street.

The pool was beautiful but needed to be debugged and checked for chlorine levels.
