Perfect for walking to the beach: 3 minutes. Kids loved the small pool.

It could have a little more outdoor furniture, as we used to eat with our family there. We were fortunate that a few other families used it during our stay.

Perfect location, Huong is outstandingly friendly and supportive. She booked us trips and transportation for a cheaper price as she knows many locals. 1 minute walk to the beach. Mini market 30 seconds away, tons of restaurants and beach bars within 3 3-minute walk.

Location is great. 1 min and you’re in the sea. Very affordable accommodation that would be great for a family group to stay in all 4 rooms. We only stayed for one night on the ground floor. The room was clean & neat with a very comfy bed.

We didn’t use the pool. The outdoor kitchen area and surrounds would look great with a freshen up. There’s nowhere to leave your motorbike inside the villa area.

Lama beach villa, located around a 3 minute walk from the nicest beach in the area of hoi an. I could not recommend this place enough. The bed was the comfiest I’ve experienced in Asia after travelling for a fair while. The room was clean, the staff were so friendly and helped us with our transfer to da nang. Can I say they gave us the cheapest rates after looking for around a day and contacting a few companies for transfers. No complaints at all, for the price the convenience, the location, the staff and most of all how well kept the property is. Book it up when in the area. Well done guys!
