it’s in amazing location- 1min walk from the beach. the rooms are very nice , and clean, and the host- Rose is super helpful and friendly, SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH!

We had upstairs double. There are only 4 rooms which made it nice and homely. Small pool but perfect for a dunk. Rose is perfect hostess. No one is on site but just a WhatsApp away. Rooms cleaned daily. Our favourite place to date. More relaxing than standard hotel. More like your own little villa. We will only be staying here when we return to An Bang. Thank you Rose

Not a negative but there is some building work nearby. Was only a bit noisy for 1 morning and still happy as our favourite place so far.

"Great comfortable homestay near the beach at really great price."

The location… the price… the host named Rose was fantastic. Rose supplied information on famous Hoi An show etc, and was always available for assistance or questions.

Small item lack of safety deposit box.. BUT the property is 100% secure with locked gate, so I did not feel it was an issue in the end :)

"Good value for money"

Cute space with a very friendly host 😊 I really liked the location! The streets around are green, cozy and full of nice cafes. The beach is quite clean (rare find in this area), there are lots of sunbeds and restaurants to choose from
