El rstaurante no me gusto

Every thing was great only my room was by the swimming pool and sometimes at night people are loud and is hard too sleep

No wifi signal in my room. We didnt use the pool because it was really dirty. The showers were not great it was leaking water all over the restroom when you ask for help they are really rude. When you ask for extra towels or toilet paper ONLY EXPECT one for a family of 4.

The staff was amazing. The bacon cheeseburger from the hotel was one of the best things I ate during my stay in El Salvador. I even played at the hotels casino and won! The only two things I did not like about my stay was the bathroom and construction. The bathroom had a very strange smell. Kt was like a wet armpit smell. And my last three nights, the construction was very loud, waking me up those last three days during my trip. Overall, the staff was amazing and I'm sure those two things can be resolved for future patrons for an even better stay than I had.

Customer service was amazing but, unfortunately there is 1 thing needs to be addressed. Lack of parking, even though the security guy would save one is not a guarantee. Above all everything was outstanding.

staff was super friendly, rooms were spacious and beds were so comfortable! wish there was a microwave along with the mini fridge included in the rooms but that would be my only complaint, everything else was amazing :) wouldn’t recommend if you want a pool as it was quite small but more so if you want to be pretty central to the activities & attractions near the capital

They are extremely nice. So polite!! Their breakfast is delicious. The kitchen staff & servers are great, i was very pleased. The rooms were clean. The only thing i didn't enjoy was the lack of AC in the lobby & hallways. Also the street was a bit noisy, but I also get I was in a busy area. Other than that, I will book again.

Centric to lots of activities in downtown. Great stay, staff was so helpful and nice.
