House was large clean and inviting . Spa area was awesome . Great house to stay with upto 6 people. Offstreet parking for 2 cars . Close to everything we needed . Street was quiet . Big comfortable couch , beds also comfortable.

Some Windows don’t lock shut in living area & Back door missing top hinge so hard to open door just little bit of maintenance will go a long way .would also be Nice if the spa area was more bit more private from the rear . Also wash brush under the sink would be handy for dishes .

This place is a real gem. We were worried visiting Christchurch in winter but it was geared up to this with good heaters and also electric blankets on all the beds. The kitchen was very well equipped and it has the most magnificent sofa to lounge on. It has a really nice space outside with a magnificent hot tub spa with outside streaming TV. This was very luxurious. We had a late departure flight and they were happy to let us have a later check out as a courtesy. This was the only thing I had to ask the host for during our stay. We were very happy here for 6 nights.

Well set up house close to Nga Puna Wai for supporting sports. We could walk to stadium it was perfect!
