Cosy Single room

No.1 it was warm. Also clean and contained useful utensils for eating. Close to bus stop.

A great stay. I never saw anyone and thought I was at home. Wi-fi was quick and easy to connect to. Details were printed out and not written. Parking was easy. Location is safe. Can't wait to return. A true credit to the Booking app.

I'll try to find fault ! I would have liked somewhere to put my case.I don't like putting it on someone's bedding. Maybe a wall mounted fold down shelf at the bottom of the bed. This could also serve as a table for eating. I noticed several take away menus. A few instructions on what to do with the key when leaving and about locking the door at night. Fasten the extension socket on the wall near the TV.. A kettle full of water nearby is risky. All minor things that other people might not even comment about.

Very quiet, great nights sleep very hospitable host, what more can you ask for really!!! It's a value for money room in a home. Perfect.
