Peace and quiet

Room was hot; needed air conditioning in the room.

Rafael did everything to make our stay at the hotel perfect. Very friendly and always available to help when needed. We extended 2 times at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay here. The small garden and the lounge seats are nice to relax in the afternoon/evening.

Nothing. The stay is a bit further away from antigua city centre, but we knew that upfront. Ubers are very cheap but it’s also completely safe to walk to the antigua centre.

Staying here was the best decision I made on this trip. Rafael was incredibly attentive and thoughtful—he treated me like family. As a solo traveler, his kindness helped ease a lot of the uncertainty I felt during my journey. I wish I could speak Spanish—if I knew even a little, I could have interacted with them more. Also, it’s very quiet here, the surroundings are beautiful, and it’s super clean. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options. I’m sure I’ll go back to Antigua, and when I do, I’d be happy to stay here again.

Un poco caliente, falta aire acondicionado o un menos abanico

Nuestro cuarto estaba impecable, las sábanas olían muy bien, y el baño fresco. El desayuno estuvo delicioso, caliente y listo a tiempo. La mejor parte fue el servicio de Rafael, siempre estuvo al tanto de lo que necesitábamos, nos recomendó un buen restaurante para cenar, y se aseguró que nuestro desayuno y equipaje estuvieran bien.

Freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, gemütliches, sauberes Zimmer mit Moskitonetz vor Fenster. Abholung vom Flughafen, die wir über das Hotel gebucht haben, hat tadellos funktioniert. Wir konnten unser Gepäck während der Acatenango-Wanderung hierlassen und sind dann zur Erholung wieder hierher zurückgekehrt.

Bett war uns persönlich etwas zu weich. Bad ist klein und bietet keine Ablagefläche.
