The service provided by the staff was great. They were in contact with us before and while in transit to the hotel. In particular, the assistance provided by Haroldo Rafael Sotoy every day by far one of the best services we have experienced. There was a beautiful garden area and an amazing set of avocado, lemon and orange trees. Incredibly caring hosts! Edgar and Olivia!

I needed to ask about how to properly use the fan. It was a little hot, and get spoiled with air conditioning.

The room was clean and comfortable. The garden area felt like an oasis with lime and avocado trees and lovely hanging ferns and potted flowers. It was quiet and the staff and owners were fantastic hosts that catered to all our needs and questions.

The location was a little further from the centre of town, but we easily walked there. I would suggest a tuk-tuk or taxi if you aren’t a big walker.

It's an intimate, cozy hotel with beautiful interior courtyard. The surrounding area is quite and peaceful, and the walk into Antigua is takes about 20 minutes.

This hotel was a gem!! I had such a great experience staying here. The staff is extremely friendly, patient and helpful. The property is gorgeous and has a great view of the volcanoes. It is only a short walk to La Azotea, the coffee farm and about 12 min drive to the center of Antigua. The breakfast was delicious!!! I would definitely book again if ever in the area.

The only feedback I would give is to consider putting a sign outside with the name of the hotel. It is definitely easy to miss. Could also consider getting towels that absorb water better as it took longer to dry with the current ones provided.
