The Balmoral Coach house was a lovely place to stay in very well decorated quirky fittings and fixtures and cosy it was well equipped with everything we needed. Very clean .

Highly recommended. Beautiful property, excellent facilities, and quiet location. Excellent hosts, who kindly allowed me to check in a little bit earlier after receiving a notification that the property was ready. Definately on my saved list 🙂. "Stunning - cannot recommend highly enough."

This is a beautiful historic property hidden away in Morecambe, a few minutes walk from stunning Morecambe Bay Ruby and Joe are wonderful hosts; nothing is too much trouble for them. The welcome tulips were such a thoughtful touch. We stayed as a couple but there is more than enough room for four people. Duplicating the shower rooms upstairs and down was a stroke of genius! The interior design is fabulous, and the house is full of quirky delights that made us smile. Everything you need is provided. Thank you Ruby and Joe; can’t wait to stay again.

The decor, the cleanliness, the quirky design features, the shower, toilets on both levels. The whole place was very high end.

No complaints and a couple of minor suggestions. More tea towels and a tea pot

"A fabulous little bit of luxury next to the sea!"

From the minute of booking the owners were fabulous. Very friendly and professional. We managed to put the car on charge while the property was getting cleaned after last use. Owners messaged us when the property was ready early. The owners have really renovated this property into an amazing place to stay, a little bit of luxury! Loved the quirkiness of the funfair mirror!

"A fabulously comfortable and well appointed property"

We liked absolutely everything about the property. It is spacious, comfortable, quiet, warm, nicely decorated and fitted-out to a very high quality. The facilities were generous with two shower rooms, a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster as well as some cutlery and crockery.

There was nothing that we didn't like.
