UCHI Living Stay Sapporo Kikusui

I liked the communication with Uchi Living Stay staff before our arrival.

I DIDN'T like the fact that we were unable to enter the facility because they had marked the wrong door on their explanation page. When we texted the company, the staff insisted that their directions were correct , and we should open the black door. But the BLACK door had a padlock on it. A day passed before they apologized profusely, and said that they had made a mistake, and the BROWN door was the door to enter. And we were welcome to return and try again. Unfortunately, by that time, we had taken a taxi to another hotel and checked in with our family and our luggage for the week. It was inconvenient and disruptive to return. Uchi Living Stay has given us two days free as an apology, but I would rather see a full refund, or at the very least, have them show more care in the future when giving instructions to customers.

喜歡民宿的地點..離地鐵站口真的很近(但建議從三號出口搭電梯,才不會在五號出口搬行李搬到累歪歪) 民宿不遠處有個小公園...雪白的雪景讓孩子超興奮的玩起雪 距離5-10分鐘的路程有間當地的超市,撇開一些狀況..性價比還是可行... 但建議2+2...適合5位以內居住最舒適

床墊太軟...另外隔音不太好..都能聽見車水馬龍的聲音 廚房建議可以備些油品這樣連住幾天時要煮東西才不用再額外買 另外廁房不太建議用感應燈...時間久都就自行燈滅..不太便利 廁所衛生紙備品不該放在地上(都有髒汙灰塵) 連住幾天備品在茶几上的衛生紙稍顯不足..變成要拿廁所的出來使用或拿自己的備用處理

I like the ambience of the room, cleanliness, spacious room.

Not soundproof, so when there're people above the room, we can hear the noise and it disturbed our sleep.

寝心地も良く、快適でした。

洗濯をすると、服に黒いスス？カビ？みたいなものが付いて、 もう一度洗い直しました。

ベッドも広かったし、寝心地良かった。 部屋も普通に快適でした。 アメニティや食器類、洗剤、洗濯機や洗濯用洗剤、物干し、ハンガーまであり、便利でした。

浴槽がなくシャワーのみだった。(そんなに気にしていないが) 駐車場がなく、コインパーキング代がかかる。 交差点だからか、夜にうるさい車やバイクの音が響いていて、耳栓必要かも。たまたまかな？

Location is great, close to station and supermarkets. There are 2 rooms and it spacious

The toilet is a bit stink and smelly. The washing machine is old, no drying function

The host is very responsive. Location wise, few minutes walk from subway station. House is very clean and spacious for family of 4. Wish there is more clothes hanger provided.
