We were very pleased with the family home, which was very clean and the pillows were extremely comfortable. Our only problem was the stairs inside the house to the room upstairs, but when we asked, they told us that the door was always locked, and we had no problems. Overall, we were very pleased.

Apartment located on the ground floor of the building with own garden.it is quite unique in its style but there is everything what is needed. The host is very friendly and communication is very good.

The location was good, there was a few shops near, to a bus stop was like 7 minutes walk with a good conection to the center. (If you're traveling to a Grand Prix keep in mind the buses at the weekends might not be an option, but the walk to the train station wasn't bad). If you have a car it's great to travel. The Host is realy nice and helpful.

Very nicely decorated and equipped apartment on the ground floor of the house (even a fireplace in the living room) in a quiet part of town. Friendly housekeeper. Pleasant visit to the city of Modena. I recommend it to tourists on their way nearby.

The host was very friendly and kind and communication with him was without any problem. He offered us water, coffee, and juice. The flat was very very clean, and it was located in a quiet area about 20 minutes on foot from the city center. The parking was free and in front of the house.

The area is very quiet but close to transport links and the city centre. The building itself is nice and spacious, with even a little garden to dry laundry and relax in the sun. Being below the property owners allows for quick and clear communication.

The sofabed was a little creaky but overall very comfortable.

The host was really nice and ready to help with everything.
