Let me start with the pros first - the team handling the property is super responsive and very prompt. The room in itself is pretty decent.

The lift has its own moods where it doesn’t work during certain times and unfortunately for us, it didn’t work when we got in from the train station; this meant climbing 5 floors with heavy luggage which was not pleasant. The heater in the apartment was not enough to heat the room - especially in the winter. Having said that the team was super responsive in getting us a solution as quick as the same night. The building is very old and honestly that was the biggest put off about the apartment. But having a team that works to resolve and provide solutions did help.

The location

It was super cold on the apartment, the heating was stopped. I've called the call center they had not much idea how to start it because it was an old Hungarian heating system. At the end we personally found on Reddit how to turn on the system but still in the bathroom was so cold that it was impossible to use it. Also there was not enough hot water, after I finished making shower she got only cold water, unfortunately we was not able to shower because still ot was no hot water. The lift was also non functional so we needed to walk the stairs all the time till the fifth floor.

Clean Nice Personal (we're not meet but very helpful) Quiet Place Very easy location in the middle of town, near Parlement Building, tram and many more store(asian, supermarket) The room is very clean and modern.

The apartment is comfortable and everything needed is provided. The contact with the owner was quick and easy. I appreciate that the flat is very quiet, although it is located in the city centre and some pubs/restaurants are just under the building.

Property is in a really good location close to Parliament House, a short walk from an aldi and quiet despite the proximity to late night bars and clubs. The double bed is comfortable, the kitchenette is enough to make quick dinner’s and lunches and the bathroom is clean and modern with it’s downfall being the handheld shower. The apartment is very private with no one walking by, we only saw a handful of people around the building who were all lovely and said hello. Overall, the apartment is really nice and modern with a small balcony to the front of the property.

Some sort of incense had been burnt in the apartment before our stay, which left a very strong smell that lingered throughout our stay, it was quite mild by the end but the first few days it was quite intense, and caused a headache for one of our group. The apartment is up on the fifth floor of the building, there is an elevator which takes you to the fourth floor but you do need to do about 30 steps total to get to the apartment, if you were to walk the whole way up we counted around 167 steps. We stayed with a group of three with one on a fold out chair bed which was rather unstable and uncomfortable, so i would recommend staying here as a two person group, rather than a three. There are no basics in the kitchen for cooking such as oil, butter, seasonings ect, only salt, pepper, coffee and tea which mostly looked to be there for aesthetic reasons, so keep that in mind if you are looking to cook while you are there.
