"Comfort stay and excellent location."

The room is comfortable and well equipped. We upgraded our booking for a minimal fee. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options. The hotel is just steps away from AlHaram. There is also a prayer area in the hotel facing Al Masjid Al Nabawi. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

"My stay was very comfortable."

Staff behaviour is more than just good. The staff of restaurants are excellent in their hospitality and help. Room service staff are exceptional in providing help when asked. The manager, Mr Mohamed AlToury, is more generous and knows how management ought to be, and as he felt we were not satisfied with the size of our room, he managed to have it changed within 10 minutes. Staff of reception are very polite and generous, especially Ms Sara and Mr Ahmed.
